Offshore Energy 2008: the Dutch offshore and energy trade fair
The first Offshore Energy 2008 is organized by Navingo BV and is an initiative of  Development Company North-Holland North (NHN). This B2B-trade fair offers exhibitors and visitors an encompassing view on the offshore industry and is meant to bring professionals from different business areas together.

With a total of 70 exhibitors Offshore Energy is well positioned in the business. Furthermore the trade fair provides attention to significant developments in the industry by means of an extensive seminar programme. Meanwhile, more than 1000 people active or interested in the offshore and energy industry preregistered as visitor.    

Seminars
During the seminar Product Innovation & Development 10 experienced managers and professionals speak about current developments, topics and research in the offshore area. Each part of the seminar can be visited separately.

The M3 Cluster, the Marine, Maritime and Environmental Cluster in Holland North, is the central theme of the second seminar. In this cluster entrepreneurs, governmental institutions and educational and research institutes collaborate to reach the same goal: utilizing and managing the seas in an economic and ecological responsible way.

Network platform
Den Helder, the most important Dutch offshore port, is a focal point for companies and organizations active in the (inter)national offshore and energy sectors. The exhibition floor as well as the closing social drink offer companies the perfect opportunity for expanding their network and acquiring new business.

As several young professionals and graduates of marine and offshore studies have registered for visiting the trade fair, the various career possibilities in this flourishing industry will be highlighted in various ways.
