Job description

The Team Leader should be from a Member State. He will have to work minimum 400 working days.

Qualifications and skills:

• University degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of EC procedures and rules
• Knowledge of Russian
• Good communicator
• Team management skills

General professional experience:

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
• In managing a multidisciplinary & multinational team
• In organising and overseeing administrative & logistic support
• Experience in dealing with Newly Independent State (NIS) national authorities

Specific professional experience:

• Work experience in Central Asia
• Experience in EC funded projects
