Team Leader
Job description
The Team Leader should be from a Member State. He will have to work minimum 400 working days.
Qualifications and skills:
- University degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of EC procedures and rules
- Knowledge of Russian
- Good communicator
- Team management skills
General professional experience:
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
- In managing a multidisciplinary & multinational team
- In organising and overseeing administrative & logistic support
- Experience in dealing with Newly Independent State (NIS) national authorities
Specific professional experience:
- Work experience in Central Asia
- Experience in EC funded projects
