Project Controls Engineer (Senior)
Job description
The Project Controls Manager will work with various Project Teams, liaise closely with Project Managers and Engineers.Responsibilities include:
Management
- Management of all Cost Engineering and Scheduling staff
- Production of high quality reports in a timely fashion
- Development and maintenance of Project Controls Systems
Quantity Surveying / Cost Engineering
- Preparation of Estimates (Mechanical,
- Electrical & Civil) Preparation of Cost Reports
- Preparation of Contractor Tender Enquiry Packages
- Commercial Tender Analysis
- Contractor Interim Payment Valuations
- Agreement of Contactor Variations
- Agreement of Contractor Final Accounts
Scheduling
Assistance in the preparation of updating Schedules
Procurement of Equipment
- Preparation of Vendor Enquiry Packages
- Commercial Analysis of Vendor Bids
- Preparation of Purchase Orders
- Tracking Reports
- Approval of Invoices
Experience Desired
Candidates will ideally have 10 years plus experience in QS, with an interest in working within a multi disciplined environment, within the pharmaceutical industry.
Scheduling experience desirable.
