Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer
Job description
The role will include working on the HVAC Mechanical design for large scale Industrial and Commercial projectsResponsibilities will include:
- Project planning
- Designing and reviewing design Compilation of specifications and drawings
- Ensuring full co-ordination between specifications and drawings
- Estimating
- Cost control in accordance with company standards on all projects
- Compiling project reports
- Conceptual design studies and reports
- Participate in Front End Engineering Design studios (FEED)
Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience of Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical industry is desirable
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or
- Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience, most of which will be gained in design within a consultancy environment.
- Experience in large scale commercial and industrial projects
- Previous experience in leading a design team an advantage
- Proven team player
- Organized and adaptable with a flexible approach to work
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Report writing skills
